All products found defective on arrival (D.O.A) can be return for exchange within 7 days for online purchase, but it must be in the original condition. If the goods / products has been used or found to be damaged by the user, there will be no exchange. Both 2 way postage are not refundable. All return postage paid by buyer.
All Digital Electronic Products, including Camera, Lens, Action Cameras, Speedlight, LED Light, Studio Flash, Motorised Gimbal, Monitor....etc are NOT accept for exchange or refund. Manufacturer's issue will be send for warranty.
All decision on all question relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or material shall be final and conclusive and the purchaser shall agree to abide by such decision.
